Earl’s Blog: Part III

Earlier I did a post about a rumored SOnic title releasing this November:

“Rumors are floating around the net that a new Sonic game, entitled Sonic Unleashed will be hitting stores this November. The blue hedgehog’s next installment has not been denied or confirmed yet, but there has been news reported by Game On, which may or may not be true. They say that Sonic will be once again trying to stop Eggman, but this time with an evil alternate-werewolf self. The name has been patented, and a screenshot (above) and videos have been found, however until Sega confirms it, it is only a rumor. But until then, I’ll just assume that Game On is rught and that Sonic Unleashed, as they are saying, will be released in November on the 360 and Wii.”

It is now confirmed by SEGA, Wikipedia, and a humorous caption by Halolz that the title will go ahead as planned onto it’s November release date. More about the story has been revealed, more importantly that Sonic will be traveling to Mabuz, to fight the dragon Immarius, who turns people to dangerous beasts. There are actually good-looking (graphically) screenshots of Sonic, and one of him and his werewolf counterpart. The game, according to Wikipedia will release this November on the Wii, 360, and PS3.
