My Name is Sylar
This is a video I found where this guy took the audio from the opening theme to My Name is Earl and blended it with Sylar, the end result is hillarious.
Drillbit Taylor Review

I honestly hope I am never transferred to the high school where these kids attended. The bullies there are psycho! It’s like Iraq there! Anyway, fears aside, this movie didn’t really amaze me, but yet was still fun to watch. The movie follows three freshmen in High School, Ryan, Emmit, and Wade, who are having trouble with the school bully, one played by Josh Peck who we haven’t seen in years in movies, besides Nickelodeon. He has really changed since the old days of Drake and Josh. Anywho, the kids have a lot of trouble with these bullies, and they eventually decide to hire a bodyguard, being one of the funniest scenes in the movie. They end up with Drillbit Taylor, an a-wall homeless soldier on the run. He ends up not only protecting them, but also helping them in other areas, like confidence. The kids that play the teenagers did okay performance wise, but Owen Wilson was probably the funniest in the bunch as their Yoda, the kids had funny moments, but he probably had a little more, with great lines like “I FEEL NO PAIN!” The movie is produced by Judd Apatow, who is known for big movies like the 40 Year Old Virgin, Talladega Nights, Superbad, etc., I’m usually not a big fan of his movies, although I thought what I saw of 40 Year Old Virgin was funny. This movie’s a little calmer than the others, you can tell he kinda toned it down for teenagers, however the movie was still pretty raunchy, with a lot of language, definitely not for kids. The was also a litttle too long, going as long as I Am Legend, just dragging on too long in some areas, spending too much time here and there. It just should have been a little shorter and been more fast paced. The movie had some great moments, but was just a little too long and raunchy for me. The main thing I liked about it was that it was fun. I recommend this to Comedy fans, or anyone looking for a fun movie to see on a Friday night, or even a good rent.

Happy Easter & My Beta Absence
In honor of Easter, here is a great music video filled with Easter-Eggs from Insomniac, one of my favorite Developers. Other than that, it has nothing to do with Easter. However, I will be leaving for the a Convention Monday Morning, will be busy with Easter tomorrow, and will probably not be able to post until Wednesday. However, feel free to comment while I’m gone, I may be able to sneak into Radioshack and use their computers so I can read your great comments!
I Am Legend DVD-View

Just in case you couldn’t tell, DVD-view is a pun of review and DVD mashed together. Is this thing on?
I got to pick up the special 2-disc edition of I Am Legend while in town the other day, and I’m pretty psyched about it. It all comes together in a neat package. The packagaing is great, the blue looks really nice and the box art is well done. The set had two discs, one with the regular movie the other with the alternate version. I watched the ending with the alternate version, and felt that the original provided a much more satisfying ending, with the alternate a little confusing, but definitely worth a look. The menu looks nice on both of them, a still picture but still having a nice feel. There are no interviews or commentaries, but the alternate ending makes up for it. It includes some animated comics which are nice for the in-depth fanboys of the novel or movie. I took a peek at one last night. This movie is well worth a rent, even a buy if you were a big fan of it like me. I highly recommend this movie and I also recommend the DVD.
Spiderman 4 Villains Revealed

I guess Sam Raimi took my advice, or part of it. From what I’ve read on FilmPeak.com, the villains for Spiderman 4 are scheduled to be Carnage and The Lizard. Remember, Dr. Connors still has that symbiote piece, and it is rumored the suit survived the explosion at the end of #3. The suit will find it’s way to Cletus Kasady, a serial killer, to become Carnage. As for the lizard, it doesn’t take much thought to figure that out. Dr. Connors was working on a project to help grow back his arm, like a lizard, and it turned out to cause him to mutate into the Lizard. It will be interesting to see how they differentiate Carnage from Venom so people won’t get confused, that and how they’ll bring the Lizard to the big screen.
Good Burger Compilation
In mention of Good Burger, here’s some of the greatest moments from the movie.
Double Play-The Pursuit of Happyness & Good Burger
Two of my favorite movies ever, these two are very different, but oh so good.
One of my favorite movies of all time, The Pursuit of Happyness is an emotional tale of one man striving to get a better life for his son. The story follows Chris Gardner, a man with one son and a girlfriend, who struggles to make ends meet, but then when his girlfriend leaves him and, on his own will, take care of his son, he has an even harder time getting along. I have got to say, the perfomance by Will Smith in this movie as a father wanting his child to remember him well is phenomenal, not to be missed. It brought me to tears at times, and left me rooting for the ultimate underdog. Smith’s son plays Gardner’s son in the movie, providing for some ultra-realistic scenes. The movie also has a great sense of detail set in the 198os. I might warn that the movie’s language can be a little coarse, with a use of the F word and a few others, but it makes for a great film none the less. I highly recommend this film, and promise you will at least like this film.

Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger, can I take your order? The classic lines uttered by Ed, the greatest employee in Good Burger history. This is another great classic movie, showing us the great things that can come from summer jobs, patty wagons, and really big burgers. The movie follows Dexter (Kenan Thompson), a high school student who needs a job after wrecking the family car. He then gets a job at Good Burger with Ed (Kel Mitchell), who takes him under his wing, leading them across all sorts of crazy adventures. The movie showcases the greatness of the Kenan and Kel duo, and provides some great moments. I strongly recommend this movie, whether it be a rent or a buy. (I have it on VHS!)

Psych Music Videos
These are a few music videos from the great and funny show Psych. These videos properly show off the zaniness and antics of Shawn and Gus.
And as an added bonus, one of the funniest moments ever on Psych.
Guitar Hero On Tour Specs Announced!

For the past couple of months some have been wondering how Guitar Hero would be ported to the Nintendo DS for Guitar Hero On Tour, but now that question has been answered in the form of the above picture. The fret button attachment will plug into the GBA slot and have a handstrap in the back. You will strum with the touch screen, and play with the attachment. There will be the regular amount of songs and even some exclusive rockers for the DS rockfest. One of the newer things will be certain scenarios where you have to use the DS’s capabilities to sign autographs or tame your pyrotechnic display. This game looks like the perfect fix for any Guitar Hero fan on the go, even though the people in the trailer look just silly. The game is set for release this summer.
