Heroes Fan Fiction-InComtempt

February 5, 2008 at 5:38 pm (Fan Fiction, Television)

Gabriel sat in the living room, as quiet as he always was, tinkering with one of his favorite toys. He was 9 years old, and had just gotten home from school. He had made a B on his test, a good grade for most parents, but not his, he knew his mom wouldn’t be satisfied, he knew she wouldn’t accept him until he was special. Outside of decent or ordinary, he wanted to be extraordinary. His mom got home, saw the grade, and went on her normal rant about his potential and how he should try harder. At first he was fine with normality, but eventually he grew into a ever-growing mold of perfection and speciality. He realized he had to be special if he ever wanted to make a difference. To be somebody. Throughout his teenage years, he continously strived to be special, but failed, and thus, received more warnings from his mother. He moved on into his early adult years and started working in the family-run clock shop, and was satisfied with his normal life, happily forgetful of his childhood being pressured into something he wasn’t-a regular watchmaker. He was fine, out of his mother’s overbearingness, and content. That is, until Chandra Suresh came that one eventful day. A new era had begun. He would never be that same man again. He was no longer content, but the old spirit of greed had once again emerged.

If I may, you should not write about something else. We already knew half of this fan fic from the show. Try something totally different. Like a new hero or something like that?It was still good it’s just that it sounds like the show, except the grade part and such.
