Top Ten Favorite Comedies of All Time

July 30, 2008 at 3:40 pm (Movies, Top Ten)

Yes, I know there will be some who disagree with me. I haven’t watched a majority of recent comedy films, however there are a few I’d like to see. If you do disagree with me, feel free to express that anger in comment form. This was actually one of the hardest top tens I’ve had to do. Note-This post is subject to change.

  1. The Blues Brothers-Very hard decision, however because this movie has the most quotable lines, the most classic regardment out of all of my choices, it earns its spot at #1.
  2. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
  3. National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
  4. The Nutty Professor
  5. Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
  6. Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story
  7. Young Frankenstein
  8. School of Rock
  9. Bruce Almighty
  10. Get Smart
Honorable Mentions-Be Kind Rewind, Elf, 50 First Dates, Liar Liar, Heavyweights, The Naked Gun, Airplane, etc.
