Fall 2008 Movie Trailers

Here are the trailers to a few of the movies I’m looking forward to this summer that actually now have trailers out. The first is Soul Men, about two members of a band trying to get along so they can make their comeback. The movie looks to be very commerative of deceased black actors, including Issac Hayes and Bernie Mac. It looks like a good rent.

The next is 007: Quantam of Solace. I probably won’t see this one in theaters either, but it looks too action-y to pass up.

The next is one that actually really looks good. My friends all know I’m a sucker for heart-felt movies, and The Soloist looks just like that. Robert Downey Jr. is a man who hits a homeless man (Jamie Foxx) with his car, and befriends him. I would like to see this one.

Next up is Fanboys, a remake of the comedy about a few friends trying to see Episode 1 of Star Wars before their friend dies of terminal cancer. I’ll probably rent it.

Next up is the holiday comedy Four Christmases starring Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon, about a couple who has to go to four houses for Christmas. It looks like a really good Holiday movie and I might check it out.
