This is another video I made based on the USA Network show, Psych. It’s set to Todd Rungen’s Bang on the Drum All Day. I didn’t spend too much time on it, but I think it gets its point across.
This is actually a video compilation I made, compiled of videos mainly from Season 2, but some from Season 1, set to Nickelback’s If Everyone Cared. I made this, so please feel free to comment and let me know how it is. Did I mention that I made it?
Gabriel sat in the living room, as quiet as he always was, tinkering with one of his favorite toys. He was 9 years old, and had just gotten home from school. He had made a B on his test, a good grade for most parents, but not his, he knew his mom wouldn’t be satisfied, he knew she wouldn’t accept him until he was special. Outside of decent or ordinary, he wanted to be extraordinary. His mom got home, saw the grade, and went on her normal rant about his potential and how he should try harder. At first he was fine with normality, but eventually he grew into a ever-growing mold of perfection and speciality. He realized he had to be special if he ever wanted to make a difference. To be somebody. Throughout his teenage years, he continously strived to be special, but failed, and thus, received more warnings from his mother. He moved on into his early adult years and started working in the family-run clock shop, and was satisfied with his normal life, happily forgetful of his childhood being pressured into something he wasn’t-a regular watchmaker. He was fine, out of his mother’s overbearingness, and content. That is, until Chandra Suresh came that one eventful day. A new era had begun. He would never be that same man again. He was no longer content, but the old spirit of greed had once again emerged.
These are little mini-fan-episodes I’ll start writing describing what could have happened at certain times in the series.
As Noah pulled the black 1979 Cadillac into the alley a couple of blocks from the target house, he had a flurry of emotions running through him. What am I doing in this Company? How will this affect my family? Who are these people I’ve been sent to meet? He walked through the street past all of the apartments, as non-chalantly as possible, eventually reaching the house. “The Petrellis, this is it.” He walked up to the front door, but before knocking he though of what he was about to do. Posing as a salesman, kidnapping their son, and running experiments, on an infant! He shook off the thoughts, and knocked on the door. A middle-aged woman came to the door, awfully inquisitive of his purposes. “Get out, I know what you’re here for, and you’ve already done enough to this family, now leave!” she said in her forceful-yet still small voice. Noah signaled with his left hand, and his partner struck. Claude, the invisible man, used his power and sneaked out of his earlier hiding position. He grabbed a hold of young Nathan, but before he could get out, he has a fight on his hands with Dallas, who quickly wrestled Nathan out of Claude’s hands. Noah panicked, not knowing what to do, took Claude by the shoulder and got him to invisibly get them out of there. He wasn’t sure what his future held, but he knew if it was anything like that, he didn’t know if he could take it too long, or if he did, he would need time and experience.
